When it comes to resourcing the churches within our association, we like to provide training opportunities, coaching, prayer networks and opportunities to partner in developing healthy congregations.  We have an amazing network of resources with the SCBO, NAMB, IMB and the SBC to help you develop in greater ways.

We desire to see stronger, healthier churches making disciples, encouraging struggling churches and planting new churches locally and abroad.  Through our leadership pipeline, we will see the success of our churches through their sending capacity, not their seating capacity.
